It was a different person, but she must have had the same training as the prior person, she was completely indifferent. She said, "Let me do some checking and I will call you right back." I waited 5 1/2 hours and still no return call. After I argued with her she seemed to realize that perhaps there was a problem. Her entire attitude was one of indifference and ZERO empathy for what had occurred. I am looking at the notes and your brother was picked-up on time." I could not believe my ears. The first person told me, "No, you are not correct. (I won't use names although I have the names of all three of the people I spoke too). First, the day before his pick-up, the company called and said we will need to pick you up 45 minutes earlier then you scheduled due to other bookings. What a mistake I made using Texas Shuttle. I booked a shuttle from his home to DFW and a return from DFW to his home. My father passed away in June and I wanted to fly my brother from Dallas to Cincinnati with no stress. Don't make the mistake that I made and book with Texas Shuttle.
